Shahrzad supports several influential Boards and Associations, including G20 EMPOWER as its Co-Chair, and Bjarke Ingels Group.

Chief Strategy and Product Officer
Lewis joined BBTV in 2007 as its second employee. He became RHEI’s Vice President of Operations in 2013 and subsequently was appointed Chief Strategy and Product Officer in 2018, in which role he is responsible for building and leading all new initiatives of BBTV, including BBTV Interactive and BBTV’s Content Management offering. Mr. Ball holds a BSc in Management from the University of Warwick, U.K.

Ali has been with Broadband TV (BBTV) since 2012 and serves as VP of Content and Partnerships. As part of the BBTV Executive Team, Ali reports directly into Shahrzad Rafati, BroadbandTV Founder & CEO. Ali has been vital to the growth of BBTV, focusing on developing the company’s network of content owners, overseeing original content initiatives, and expanding the business in new and emerging markets. Prior to joining BBTV, Ali founded Miso Digital, a digital marketing and distribution company focused on delivering leading edge digital solutions allowing musical artists, managers, and labels to increase fan connections, analyze fan data, and drive digital revenue.
