Jan Ejsmont is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where he studied Finance and Banking. He has spent the majority of his professional career at e-muzyka S.A. He began working at the company in 2007 as a finance and settlements specialist, and in January 2009 he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. In June 2010, he was appointed Vice President of the Management Board of e-muzyka S.A., and in June 2020, he became President of the Management Board. He successfully combines financial management responsibilities with the development of e-muzyka's business, focusing on diversifying the company’s revenue streams and expanding its distribution catalog. Since July 2018, he has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at Going Sp. z o.o. (a company within the EMPIK Group).

He has been with e-Muzyka since 2013. From the beginning, he was involved in developing the company’s YouTube partner network and played a significant role in turning it into one of the largest partner networks in this part of Europe. He is currently responsible for all operations related to digital music distribution, including matters concerning YouTube.
