Dan Jones is CEO of Little Dot Studios, the award-winning digital content studio and media network operating across the UK, US, Europe and APAC, including acting as Managing Director of Little Dot Studios’ US business. An Emmy and quadruple Bafta-winning producer and media exec, Dan has spent the past twenty-plus years at the forefront of digital media, TV and social video, leading a number of world-first productions. He has worked extensively with all major social platforms, British broadcasters plus American networks and streamers, more than 50 global consumer brands and numerous sports federations, as well as launching and growing owned and operated AVOD and SVOD brands. Dan is particularly passionate about Little Dot Studios’ DEI agenda, sustainability vision, on mental health at work and encouraging a positive work-life balance amongst staff.

Holly is Chief Commercial Officer at Little Dot Studios, overseeing Little Dot Studios’ studio function, including all client relationships across Entertainment, Sport and Consumer Brands. Holly’s journey with Little Dot began in its inception year of 2013, she held several roles across audience growth and client services before moving to Los Angeles with the company in 2018 as Managing Director for the US. In that time, she set up and managed all of Little Dot’s US operations, delivering key deals with the likes of Warner Bros., Disney and NBCUniversal and overseeing significant growth. Holly returned to the London HQ in 2020 as Chief Business Officer, before being promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in 2024. In 2021 she was named as one of Management Today’s 35 Under 35.

Wayne Davison is Chief Revenue Officer of Little Dot Studios, operating across the UK, US, Europe and Australasia. He has spent over 20 years in the media industry, working in senior leadership, legal, commercial, sales and business affairs roles throughout the broadcast and digital content industry. Joining Little Dot in 2016, Wayne is now responsible for global ad sales and paid media, growth of the business's international footprint across Europe and APAC, Locowise, Little Dot's social media reporting SaaS business, as well as supporting new business partnerships. Wayne also sits on the board of WING, Little Dot’s sports-branded content agency.
