Antonio Sterpin
CEO
Antonio began his career in music industry management after completing an MBA in Managing People, Knowledge, and Change. He has been with Move Music for four years and currently serves as the Managing Director. Before joining Move Music, Antonio gained experience in talent management and luxury retail management in London, which he now leverages to support and expand Move Music's client base. His work focuses on developing strategic partnerships and fostering client relationships.
Luka Vujeva
Founder
Luka founded Move Music Distribution GmbH, where he has been at the helm since 2015. He has played a crucial role in forging partnerships with major digital platforms, focusing on improving digital music distribution. His contributions include developing advanced music distribution and marketing tools, machine learning tools, and in-house QC systems, enhancing the overall efficiency and reliability of the distribution process. Before founding Move Music, Luka gained valuable experience as the Head of Licensing at Baile Musik and a New Business Development Manager at Fresh Juice Booking. Luka holds an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance.
