Prior to starting Spirit Studios, Peter was the Managing Director of Digital Media at Endemol UK and the Global Head of Original Digital Programming at Endemol International.

Danielle Gutierrez is the Head of Audience Development at Spirit Studios - a production company that's shifted its focus to growing online audiences and channels. Prior to this, Danielle worked at one of the largest multi-channel networks in the world, BroadbandTV, where she became completely obsessed with all things YouTube. On a daily basis, Danielle applies her 5+ years of experience in the media, entertainment and technology sector to leverage creators and their channels. Her out of the box approach helps them optimise, strategise and further monetise their online platforms.
