* Research and Audit - The Research and Audit phase is focused on understanding the business objectives, strategic intent, marketplace insight and internal resources available, both digital and human. In addition an analysis of Paid, Earned and Owned digital channels is conducted. Our intention is to ensure the audit information serves as the foundation from which to launch and leverage the company’s’ past, present and future video assets, with a specific focus on the YouTube platform. * Strategy - Once the Research and Audit phase has identified the most pressing performance and/or opportunity gaps within the company's content portfolio and aligned innovation objectives, a YouTube-centric strategy will be developed that can typically include: * YouTube network creation * Ingestion and rights management strategy * Audience development strategy * Channel strategy * Content strategy * Influencer strategy * Tent pole strategy * Production plan * Scheduling plan * Implementation - Implementation can include content creation and execution across all paid, owned and earned media such as * Content production * Social media creation and execution across all platforms * Digital rights management * Analytics reporting The product has been conducted for companies such as Sky TV, VRL, Sony Music and Seven West.

Influencer Solutions

Totem’s Influencer Solutions involve the selection of the most relevant influencers to represent the client and start a conversation with the audience. The selection is informed by the science of analytics and goals of the client’s specific campaign. We leverage our existing relationships with global YouTubers and other social influencers to ensure we recommend a trusted and suitable partner, with whom we will manage the negotiation and execution processes. Our experience is demonstrative of our ability to run and deliver influencer solutions for brands end to end.
